Extractions & Preservation
Safe, comfortable tooth extractions when necessary, using the least invasive methods to preserve your oral health and prepare for future restoration options.

Consultation & Evaluation
We'll examine your tooth, review X-rays, and discuss why extraction may be the best option for your oral health.
Comfortable Extraction
Using gentle, proven techniques and appropriate anesthesia, we safely remove the tooth with minimal discomfort.
Preservation & Planning
We discuss site preservation options and next steps—whether that's healing naturally or preparing for an implant or bridge.
Aftercare & Follow-Up
You'll receive clear instructions for care at home, and we'll check in to make sure you're healing well.
Will the extraction hurt?+
We use local anesthesia to numb the area completely, so you shouldn't feel pain during the procedure—just some pressure. Afterward, any discomfort is typically manageable with over-the-counter pain relief and usually subsides within a few days.
What does 'preservation' mean?+
Preservation involves protecting the extraction site—sometimes with a bone graft or other material—so the area heals properly and maintains enough bone structure for a future implant or bridge if you choose one.
How long does it take to heal?+
Most patients feel back to normal within a few days to a week. Complete bone healing takes several weeks to a few months, depending on the tooth and whether preservation steps were taken.
